Breakfast buffet exceeds expectations

The breakfast buffet truly impressed us, with a variety of options that kept us satisfied each day. We also appreciated the spacious underground parking, which made our stay more convenient.

However, the pool area was smaller than I anticipated, and the breakfast staff could have been more welcoming. Timeliness was an issue with some food items.

After a long day of culinary exploration, I discovered the breakfast at the Hampton Inn was a nice variety of options, perfect to fuel my foodie adventures. The room was superbly clean and comfortable, making our stay snug and refreshing.

Now, let's talk about that window. We found out the hard way it wasn't secured properly, leading to unexpected street chatter at night. But once we got it latched, the vibes were back on track.

Ventilation system noise disturbed my sleep.

The TV didn't support signing into Netflix, which was a bummer for winding down. Additionally, the location felt rough. while the hotel interior was decent, the street noise outside was disruptive at times, especially with a loud altercation early in the morning. The breakfast would benefit from more protein options, as the current selection was somewhat limited.

Positive, The room was beautiful and loved the views from the windows. The pool was lovely, and the staff were great and super helpful. Felt very secure with having to use the key card for the elevator and the front doors after a certain time. 🙌

Breakfast was a point of contention. We arrived a little late, and the server made it clear that food wouldn’t be replaced, leading to a not-so-great start to the day. However, the breakfast itself had good options on other mornings. I appreciated that underground parking was clean and spacious. The gym facilities had a decent range of equipment, which I enjoyed using during my stay. Staff was friendly most of the time, especially during breakfast when we mentioned needing more gluten-free options and they promptly brought in a variety of bread and bagels the next day. Overall, while I liked the spacious King Room, the noise issues and some customer service aspects left a lot to be desired.

Comfortable Rooms with a Great Breakfast

I had a pleasant stay with a very clean and spacious room where the bed felt incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was quite good, with a solid variety of options that really started my day off right. One thing that could use improvement is the underground parking sign. I had to figure out the exit on my own since there were no clear signs.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was super spacious and comfy, with a large bed that felt amazing to sleep in. The views from the high room were a definite perk! Covered parking kept my car safe and out of the elements. I didn’t have any issues during my stay. would recommend this place!

Just an ideal choice for a weekend escape in Hamilton with very good value for money. The breakfast options were decent, making mornings pleasant. Arrive early for a better chance at avoiding lines during breakfast rush.
